Payment Plans – Non refundable or exchangeable as stated in payment plan conditions. Goods must be unworn, and in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached. Any items returned to us marked, stained, worn or smelling of smoke will not be refunded.

Additional postage will be charged if you require an exchange.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds.

We can only offer an exchange or a credit note.

Items must be returned with 14 days with the original tags fit for resale.

Returns Postage is the customers responsibility. Please take care when parcelling your garments and please make sure you obtain postage proof (recorded delivery recommended). We can’t be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged or that fail to reach us.

Original postage fees are non refundable.
